Amazing program. I had a failed back surgery & put on 90 lbs in less than a year, I could barely walk, let alone exercise. I followed the program to a T & it fell off! I lost 50 lbs in the 1st 10 weeks & another 25 immediately after. I kept if off for 11 years (til menopause) this program teaches you how to eat without having to depend on their products (unlike other programs). I have Not been back on a Lindora program but just by memory started up again (since post menopause & my system seems to have stabilized) & have lost 3 lbs a week. I have decided to go in for the blood work. It's $199 & they run about 35 tests or so, definitely worth... read full review

I've did a lot of diet in my life and Lindora is the one that's the best. there Clinic is just awesome they're clean they take care of you your physical health your diet all in one little package believe me if you do what they say the weight just comes off oh, the most I need is accountability and their number one and the price I shopped around the prices amazing you get your money back with the B12 shots alone not counting everything else I'm happy with Lindora Clinic and when Mom is Happy everybody's happy

The staff are very positive and kind and I am losing weight. I've been learning how to count my carbs and proteins BUT the program does not give a definite amount of what is acceptable when it comes to fats or sugars. This is a bit important since they can't be completely avoided. I also think that an app for Lindora meal planning would be better than just writing it down. I think I will be successful with this program but for the above reasons, it's a 4.
