I've used L&H Painting twice now. Once before and once after the renters moved in and out. The important things to know or remember. They don't do any wall repairs. They will fill basic holes from pictures hung, but nothing else or larger. So you may have to hire a handyman like I did. They do an excellent job prepping, protecting surfaces with taping and all. Two the paint color I chose Porpoise DE6373 from Dunn Edwards paints does look a little blue on the walls. He warned me, and I see what he means. Might choose another grey next time. I called them out to quote an exterior paint job. We have a normal 2 story house with sun shade awning over the patio (professionally done). The guy took one look at it and said since it wasn't flat on the top to walk on they couldn't paint our house, then he left. I think if you're a professional painting company, you should be able to paint a 2 story home with an awning.

This review is long overdue since they did paint a bedroom and two bathrooms in my house. It is a family business but they are extremely professional and clean. The were very accommodating to the point that we needed to paint our bedroom door and since we hadn't bought the special type of paint for that, one of them went to the store to buy the paint and brought it back. Mr. Choi also who gave us the original estimate was very detailed and courteous and gave a very good estimate compared to the others we had received. We need more businesses like L & H Painting and will definitely do business with them again. THANK YOU!
