Steve morinos was awesome! We bought our home from dr Horton and they did a bad job installing the gas dryer. We had a gas leak. Infinity team sent an amazing, professional gentlemen Steve Morinos. He assured everything was installed properly including sealing the vent and gas line. He went above and beyond and put our units back properly. Thank you for taking care of our laundry room.
My water suddenly shut down when I got home and I panicked because I knew I had to do the dishes, laundry, etc. the next day. I called Infinity and thankfully Carlos Garza called back and he was SO helpful. He clearly explained what happened in plain English so I could understand and walked me through all the steps. And it fixed the issue! Thank you so much!
