Polite staff, good breakfast. The first room had a bad smell, we asked to move they gave us a different room without an issue. The next room didn't have a bad smell. Beds were comfortable. Liked that the hotel was clean
This location is one of the best Express line Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot in my time as an IHG rewards member of many levels spanning 20 years. Convenient location close to our event, nice pool & hot tub along with a solid breakfast. Very nice patio area outside with nice little Tuscany type vibe.
The lobby is quaint and has a little snack area with items for purchase. I think I saw a desk so area as well.

Stayed there for a whole week, which was good except the fact that my one year old was completely black from walking/playing on the floor! Even me and my other kids, the carpet was disgusting and felt sticky by the balcony door! Gross!!! You get clean in the shower, walk on the carpet and your feet are black ?
