The room was clean, however there was a light that didn't work, the TV didn't work and the toilet moved when getting up. The hotel itself was also clean and everybody was helpful. The bed was awesome. Very comfortable.Food & drinks: They were ok.
The service lady in the breakfast area spoke harsh about wearing shoes. I have on socks that have the sticky dots on them. Very rude.I’m not coming back.She was like a barking dog to a Diamond Elite IHG member. Not cool. She could have been nicer.
The rooms are clean, breakfast is good and has lots of options, service at the front desk and Claudia at the breakfast area are super nice and helpful. My daughter could not get the pancake’s machine to work and she immediately helped her out.
