I saw a dried water stain on my ceiling and figured there must have been a leak in my roof. After getting a quote from a different company who gave me a quote to replace a section of the roof that the "thought may be the issue", I saw several recommendations for Hester Roofing on a community Facebook page so I requested an appointment. Jeff called back promptly and I had an appointment set same day. Jeff took his time and inspected my whole roof. He took pictures of everything he found that needed attention including a hole in a tile that he pulled up and discovered was the source of the leak. I was quoted a very fair price to remedy all the issues I had going on (not just the leak repair). I felt confident in using Hester Roofing because of how thorough Jeff was with the inspection. He took the time to show me all the pictures and explain what was problematic in each one and how he would fix it. The repair was scheduled for the very next day and everything went smoothly.
