We needed a termite/pest report for our VA refinancing. We called HALO and they able to do it the following day. The inspector was friendly, professional and customer focused. We got our report the same afternoon and was able to forwarded it to our lender, the same day, as well. We highly recommend HALO Home Services!

They did a great Job. The inspector Joshua, was very friendly knowledgeable, and courteous. He arrived on time and inspected the house thoroughly and then made a sketch of the house and quote us a price for the job and the guarantee, We thought it was reasonable, so we agreed to use their service. The technician arrived on time, spent about 4+ hours on the job and then he explained all he did. We are pleased with the job and so far5 we have not seen any sign of termites.

I was happy with the gentleman that came out and did the initial inspection. I had an appointment set for the service to be completed between 8 and 10am. A few days before I got an alert the appointment was changed to the afternoon. I rearranged schedule to be available at the new time. They were almost two hours late. They completed the treatment however as they were leaving I noticed naked spots on my deck they had not done and had to stop them before they left.
