Product was never recieved and payment was never refunded despite promise to. Horrible customer service. Messages were seen but not replied to, and was blocked. I can't believe a company like this is still running. I wouldn't trust these people with a spoon of salt, let alone my eyes. Make your own decision but do be aware.
I purchased a set of tweezers (alpha pack) from their website on the 12th of November. International shipping was $13.99 and it was supposed to take 5-7 business days. A week had passed and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation so I emailed the company asking about it (to which I didn't get a response). So, I decided to DM @goatedgemi on instagram. She said there was a mix up with the items so there's a delay and that she'd send me a tracking number in a few hours. 4 days later, I asked for an update. I was ignored. 6 days after that, I told her it'd been too long and so I wanted a refund. She said she'd issued a refund and that she does not offer 'nationwide'...read full review
