I dropped my iPhone 7 pretty hard and the screen wasn't turning on, and even when it was- it was not responsive. The screen was not cracked though. I called and they said to come inside for them to diagnose the issue at no cost to me. When I came inside, they claimed it was an issue with the motherboard of the phone and not the display. They sent it to some other person who had the skills to fix this and gave it back to me as good as new. They even replaced the screen as well as it had little previous damage. I'll give them 4/5 because they kept pushing the date my phone would be ready for pick up back; A whole week back to be specific. I will update my review if my phone loses any significant performance since my repair.

I really wasn't going to leave a review but I feel like I have to. Took my iPad in to get the screen fixed. Told will be ready by end of day wasn't ready till end of next day which is fine. Took iPad home only for the home button to sink in and not be able to use it. The lady in front tried to say we pushed it to hard but I mean it was working perfectly fine even with the cracked screen. And never happened to us before. Anyways they repaired it got it back only to see that out front camera wasn't working. Again it was working fine with the cracked screen. We called back and the man who replaces the screens said it was already broken but I have photo on the iPad that are dated a couple days before we took it in. So hence the camera was working. I told him isn't that something you should have mentioned to me so that I could have made a call to take it elsewhere where they can fix box rather than you closing up the screen only for it to have to be re opened and fixed elsewhere and he said he'll see if it's possible to fix the camera but I will not be returning. Plus the customer service really lacks there they are not welcoming at all the lady just stares at you and no hello or welcome or thank you for coming. I really wanted it to be a good spot to support this Hispanic owned business. I'm sad this wasn't. Update I had to pay someone else to fix the screen because it was glitching. That person was seriously wondering how this person even gave me back my iPad the way he did. Glue used was cheap and there gunk in between the screen.

If I can give this place zero reviews I would. My husband took his phone in to get the screen replaced. They kept it for 2 days. Went back to pick up only to find out the screen was glitching. Took it back and they wanted him to leave it over night again. Fast forward took the case off so they can see the phone when I dropped it which made a quarter of an inch crack on the top side so they refused to even look at it. Not cool since they saw how the phone was not working properly before the crack was made.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Now the charge port won't work. Go to cracked screens, never had an issue with them
