My daughter loves it here. Vincent is so informative and patient with his students. It's been a great workout for my daughter and also taught her a lot. It makes me a little more comfortable that she is learning to defend herself right before she's off to college. Would definitely recommend.

Vincent is the sweetest and the most caring professor. We've been coming here for many years now. My son has learned so much and most of all, he loves coming to class everyday. If you're looking for a welcoming place to be part of, this is it! - you'll feel like family. I also wanted to point out that the gym is very clean and everyone is super nice. Thank you Vincent!

This is a great place to learn Brazilian juijitsu. Professor Vincent is very technical, and teaches the student step by step instructions to learn the techniques. The professor is very friendly and patient with his students and provides a positive atmosphere for training. If you are interested in trying juijitsu and would like to lose weight, this the place. I highly recommend it. He also has a great kids program!!!
