I can, and without reservation, recommend Vince/AJ Roofing for all your roofing repair. During the torrent of rain storms CA is getting hit with right now my house (with cement tile roof) started showing dark water stains above the kitchen/dining area. Called Vince and he had his team show up and do the repairs quickly before the next storm rolled in a few hours later. Professional, prompt, and affordable. I had a small leak around my attic furnace vent. Vince examined my roof and found several potential issues. He was back in just two days to perform the repairs and even did a bit more than originally agreed because I misinformed him of the leak location, at no additional charge. Now, I realize roofing companies charge a flat rate but, because of my error I freely agreed to pay any additional charge. However, all items were taken care of for the original quote. Good people too.
