They always refer you to the app but it’s never as simple as that. You always need to call them because there is always an issue. They will blame the insurance but when I call the insurance company, every thing is green lights.
They need to get their s*** sorted out!
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I had to give them my secondary insurance information multiple times before they billed them . While talking to a representative it sounded like she was rustling papers.
Incompetent workers in the billing department. I have a prescription for Dupixent. Dupixent provided me with a customer copay card and a debut card. I have given the information to Accredo. I told them the instructions that Dupixent provided to me. That you must first apply the copay assistance card and then the debit card. Apparently 2 steps of processing a payment is too difficult to comprehend and so every month my prescription is delayed because they can't deliver it until I've paid my prescription balance.
Even if I call ahead to remind them of how to process my payment, it still gets delayed because the right hand does not communicate to the left hand...read full review
