    I was happy with Accredo at first but I'm no longer. I spoke to two different agents on two different days to schedule my medication. I've explained them it was an emergency because I was running out of my medication for MS (my prescription wasn't send to them, which was not their fault). Both agents confirmed that they send my refill but I never received anything!!! I had a third agent, Chantal I believe, and she couldn't see anything on my records... So basically, both agents before her told me they would do it and didn't. I'm so upset! Please, train your employee better!!! Chantal did a great job at finally scheduling it so that's why I'm giving 2 stars.

    Peg from the Lynparza team spent about an hour on the phone working through the issues of my refills after I had spent days going back and forth with my oncologist’s office. She totally understood the urgency of getting my refill on time and didn’t give up until the problem was resolved. My entire experience with Accredo has been great but Peg really went above and beyond.

    I had nothing but great service from this pharmacy when I had them. Unfortunately they are no longer in my plan, but they made the transition as smooth as possible for me. I'm so sorry to see other's bad experiences, that is unfortunate. I can only speak for my experience, and I had a great one.
