My friend died an early recently death! As his executor, health care, director and Trustee – I was completely overwhelmed and scattered. Add in a crazy ex-wife and two millennial children, and you can probably get the picture -CHAOS!!!! Upon visiting pacific Hills - I found Jill our mortuary representative to be a kind -voice, an empathetic figure who is a good listener – and her follow up to be flawless. Jill went a long way to making our families’ grief more bearable. Thank You Jill
My mother passed earlier this year. She lived in MA (after Newport Beach), I live in CO, and we decided to lay her to rest near her sister at Pacific View. Due to logistics, a full time job and a family, I had to make all the arrangements via email. Sharlene Zigray and Katherine Reck were exceptional professionals in helping me with choosing a site, completing required documents, suggesting artwork and layout. They took the time to send me numerous pictures and samples. Anything and everything that I didn't know needed to be done...they held my hand throughout the entire process! Not to mention, I had to work with two brothers (who live on either coast) on the decision-making as well, and they were incredibly patient with all the emailing back and forth and various inputs. Sharlene and Katherine are incredibly gifted at what they do and how they interact with the families. It was a privilege to finally meet them in person.
