Rich Low is talented with cut & color. He has a gift when it comes to hair. He just "gets it." My hair cut and color receive compliments constantly. He is the BEST! If you are looking for the best haircut, highlights, he is your guy!!!

Rich Low cut, dyed, and styled my hair at the beautiful Serandi salon in Laguna Beach. Not only was his service amazing, he created a beautiful new hairstyle for me which totally transformed my dry, damaged, and brassy hair. I would highly recommend anyone to come visit Serandi Salon and get their hair done with Rich Low! I definitely would love to come get my hair done here again because he knows what he's doing & is very experienced. I can confidentially say that Rich Low is the best person to ever touch my hair!

Had my roots touched up a couple of weeks ago (I'm about 90% grey in the front). My male neighbors have continually commented this past week how great my hair looks. And at a meeting with the CEO of a skincare line this week, she couldn't help but comment on how natural the color looked. Actually she said, "it looks like that color grew right out of your head." This past color appointment Rich added an Olaplex treatment noting my hair was very porous (I have been rather brutal to it with lots of blowdrying and flatironing). My coworkers noticed a difference immediately (I looked much less Rob Machado friz-curl and much more smoothed out old Hollywood glam).
