Moved up from the Bay Area. We finally found a group who was accepting new patients' with our insurance. Once get got connected we received friendly reminders and the office staff was thorough in guiding us. Our doctor was friendly and answered our slew of questions.
My wife has only been on Kaiser and I spent the last 10 years with Kaiser so we had additional questions.
