The older Mexican lady in the front desk is not good at doing her Job, Or helping the patients. Multiple times I have tried to get my children's medical records And she has told me something different Each time on what I need to do.She has the nastiest attitude everytime I have called I don't know why she's not gone yet multiple people have complained about her as well...Darlene junk is the best doctor there very easy to talk to..

I spent an hour talking to a doctor who looked like they would rather be anywhere else, asking for help in continuing to investigate my symptoms like my last doctor was working on. Their answer here was that I should try to count my calories. I felt completely dismissed and would not suggest this to anyone who might be looking to find actual answers to their medical concerns. I did give them a second try to schedule, and was further dismissed and treated poorly by the phone reception. They didn't care. Administrative never called back. I needed help and you all just treated me like garbage.

Front desk very helpful. Called back for two days i finally gave up. no return call.in a lot of pain. .the doctor spent all of 2 mins with me.i wish they would call back very very dissapointed. Still not well but will get there .and I wish they had someone that calls you back on complaints.and had caring doctor's .

Less and less thrilled. Clinic started out being pretty well run but now having doubts. Saw the doctor on Tuesday for respiratory (Bronchitis) and was given prescriptions for that condition as well as for diabetic supplies. Upon pick up at the pharmacy, the only one available was the antibiotic. All the rest according to the pharmacist (good one by the way) all are covered by Medicare Part B and need a corresponding form. Here it is two days later and still no prescriptions for the inhaler and diabetic supplies and still getting the run around by the clinic. I guess they'll get that over there when it is most convenient for them rather than the needs of their patient. Very poorly done folks, customer service really sucks. Front end staff is very, very poor with the exception of one lady (I apologize for not knowing your name my dear), very rude and by god letting you know just who is in charge here...

Although the PA that actually saw us was friendly and nice. Let’s just say that I will corroborate what is being alleged in the other reviews. I didn’t know there was a “walk-in” clinic here? My Daughter has a need for “walk-in” services today. After reading these reviews I will take her to Enloe prompt care. Rather stay with the devil I know.

Rotating doctors, difficult to get timely appointments, non medical staff make medical decisions based on appointment availability. They run tests, give you pills, send you home, rinse repeat every 6 months.
