Sandy was exceptional throughout the entire process and helped me decide what type of arrangement would work best for my situation. She was extremely professional, yet personable and made me feel as if she cared about what I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! AMAZING! I tried using Proflowers to send my mom a flower arrangement for her 96th birthday. twice, they failed me! First, they didn't have the flowers, even though they were advertised. Second, the florist they used went on vacation. I called Cairio's, who not only got the flowers I wanted but, had them delivered the following day. They knocked it out of the park. My mom and sister raved about the arrangement, absolutely beautiful!Screw Proflowers, Cairo's is my #1 choice!

I called yesterday at the last minute for flowers for a funeral today. I had already been turned down by another florist. Sandy was so helpful. The flowers were delivered on time and since I was unable to attend the funeral, I was very grateful. This should be the go to florist in the area! Customer service like that is rare.
