We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our water heater went out yesterday, and even though we called around 6:00 PM, they were able to get someone out first thing the next morning. Lucas arrived around 9:30 AM and was absolutely outstanding. He was honest, upfront about pricing, and took the time to explain all of our options so we could make the best decision.
