Can not say enough good things about Warranted. They saved me from a gnarly situation where I was being grossly overcharged and did so with total professionalism. Not a trace in the yard of the digging. The team communicates extremely well. Does great follow-up, is fully transparent and charges a fair price for their services. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Luis! We've now had Warranted Plumbing services at our place three times, and will surely have them here a 4th whenever needed. Had faucets replaced, tub spout replaced, toilet and kitchen sink issues looked at, a lot of this and that. We like the way Luis explains what the problem is, and then shows us that it's fixed when done. Happy to answer our questions and give advice, all the while a personable craftsman (over two decades experience), and a person of integrity. Oh, and good communication regarding appointments too!
So appreciate the honesty of this company! I called about an issue I was having with my toilet. Rather than proceeding with repairs that I did not really need, they explained to me what the problem was and no repairs were necessary. They did not charge me at all for making
the service call. TOP NOTCH COMPANY!!!! USE THEM!!!
