All these wonderful reviews, I wonder when they came from. I contact'ed vanity chair three times and left messages and never heard back. Probably need to be on a VIP list or something. I can't even set an appointment.
they are not good in getting back messages on time. it takes 2 weeks with multiple exchanged messages and turns out they don't have time doing it
I called and left a voice message but didn't get a call back at all. That's bad service. Wouldn't recommend.
