it's too pricy idk why and the worker seemed mean.... I kinda change my mind because I went to this store the 2nd time it's was good and I think I got 13 dollars out of a 25 dollar mascara also I don't know how the points work I'm too hesitant to ask the girl about my account

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they had great inventory and selection and lots of products! Great selection, didn’t have what I was looking for exactly but they still had tons of product!
However, I find the environment of this Ulta very unwelcoming, as well as picking and choosing who they talk to. The employees at this store didn’t greet me or asked me if I needed any help, I don’t even think they looked at me I’ll be honest.
I understand not wanting to talk to someone unless you have to but it the energy within the store made me want to leave more.
Please avoid the Benefit Brow Bar at this location. This is the third time, each with a different person, that I wanted to love this location’s brow wax services and was sorely disappointed. I usually see Litzy at the Kennett Ulta but have last-minute travel and she was booked up. Ashley was very polite and kind, and included under-eye gels and a nose pore mask during my service, but my brows were left way too thin and far apart. I noted before the appointment that I only needed very slight clean-up and she agreed. When she mapped my brows, they were pretty asymmetrical and one brow was overarched.
