Smart Heating and Air Conditioning provided excellent heating service when my system wasn’t keeping the house warm. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it efficiently. Reliable, knowledgeable, and very professional from start to finish.
I was fortunate enough to find this great company and the wonderful staff including Juan, Emilio, Mike and Suzy. Everyone has been so kind and friendly.
Every one of them was patient caring and honest. Juan and Emilio were very thorough in the inspection and cleaning of our AC and furnace. Both of which are running like new. This is very impressive given that our furnace is over 30 years old.
The entire staff was very patient with us and made sure I clearly understood my options and provided the most cost effective solutions.

I think it’s human nature to question your decision after a major purchase. We’ve all experienced that inner voice asking “did I make the right decision?” “Was I too hasty ?”
