Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I'd be writing a 5 star review for a locksmith company but this is absolutely necessary for the type of service that I got from Slim Jim's Locksmiths and our rep Josh specifically. Josh right away came through with professionalism and being an all around down to earth and good dude. It's getting harder to come across those these days and having Josh in my home working on my locks wasn't just a job for him. I can tell that this guy loves what he does and spreads the good feelings to his customers. Yall are doing something right hiring folks like Josh when us homeowners tend to kind of just mess things up. Josh was quick to hit me back up and walk me through something that I did indeed mess up but still took his time to help me out. Incredible service that I would use again and again.
