I requested service via Yelp over the weekend. I spoke with Mark on Monday and Matt came out today Tuesday 8/10 to service my pool that was suffering from Algae. Matt checked all the equipment to make sure everything was working properly. He also checked the pool to make sure everything was working properly . He checked filters to make sure they were installed properly after being cleaned. Matt then tested the water and he came up with a plan to rid the pool of Algae! He will be back tomorrow afternoon to follow up Excellent Service

Nick and his team are exceptional at what they do. Our 20-year-old filter tank had an irreparable leak and needed to be replaced. And since it was pool maintenance "high season", it took 6 weeks for a pool expert to come out to replace it. With daily temperatures surpassing 100 degrees, the water had turned green and murky, so he also recommended we have someone replace the pool water.I called Skim N' Dip and explained that I was reluctant to change the water during a drought and asked a litany of questions.
