Premier Cuts is the best barbershop I've found in Concord. Anh is one of the most skilled barbers ever — I've been going to her since I moved to the East Bay in 2021 and I won't trust anyone else with my hair. She's genuinely nice and incredibly efficient: no long waits, she remembers exactly how you like your cut, and every visit is consistent. The shop is clean and the prices are fair. If you want a great haircut from a barber who knows her craft, ask for Anh.
Ann is a veteran when it comes to cutting hair. It’s just her in the salon which means no overstimulation from other people working as simultaneously. She cuts my hair well and is just a genuinely sweet woman. I love coming to her to get my hair cut!

I'm a woman but I'm not a girly girl. I am not super particular about haircuts, So much so that I'm willing to brave a Super Cuts or Great Clips if I'm in desperate need of a haircut. I have gotten the best haircuts of my life and the WORST haircuts of my life in these places. It's really not worth rolling the dice.
Premier Cuts will always give you a good haircut. Be prepared for when you walk in, they'll tell you to come back in x amount of time.
