I have worked with this whole team for 2 years now, as their client, and a partner on the overall IT strategy for the organization. Their team is excellent, Michael and Rachel are so thoughtful and flexible. I have worked with Jeff on 3 occasions. All on issues that were 80% my fault--it's taken 2+ hours to resolve on most occasions, And.He's.Been.A.Sweet.Patient.Angel the whole time. So big ole' shoutout to Jeff, for being the best.
