The sales process was easy. We were afforded plenty of time to ask any questions and make our own decision. Its was a really good low pressure type of environment. Thanks to Steve our sales guy! Hot tub arrived a bit quicker than expected. Delivery was also easy. The delivery guys were fast, friendly and efficient. They got the tub in place then showed me a few things about the tub I needed to know. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to Jeremiah and his team! Now just need to finish the deck and then its hot tub time!
