We received our Hydropool Swim Spa April 2025. We had a good experience. Steve responds quickly to emails and questions. The installation crew was a nice group of guys, courteous and professional. Very happy with our purchase.
I want to give a shout out to Carlos, he installed a new hinge on our hot tub cover. He also installed the latches that were not installed when we set it up. Did that on his own. He was on time, cleaned up and was nice to our dog.
Caveat: Only purchased the spa, not yet delivered.
I worked primarily with Shari the online sales rep. She was a delight to deal with and really made me excited to be working with Paradise Valley Spas for my Nordic hot tub.
Dan also was very helpful when going in person to check out the tubs.
