Dylan was very responsive with our numerous pre-service questions. Based on our conversations, we decided to have the front of our car (GX 460), the mirrors, the A pillars, and a part of the back bumper (we have dogs that can scratch up the paint when entering/exiting) protected with the XPEL Ultimate Plus film. When it came time to drop off the car, Dylan was prompt and spent time with us going over the installation process to address a couple of last minute questions.
