You must call for an appointment. This is the best optical place. The owner, Julian, who has help me with new glasses, frames, repairs and such since 2008 (14 years) is great. I did call today but Julian did not answer because he was already booked with customer appointments. I showed up at his store just incase he was there. He still squeezed me and another customer in and let us drop off our broken glass. He already had other customers with appointments. The older couple that did not have an appointment, he told them that their glasses would be done in 30 minutes.
