I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and the staff at Ouimet Brothers. Losing my father-in-law was incredibly difficult for our family, and unfortunately, circumstances surrounding his funeral made an already emotional time stressful and uncomfortable.

Michelle handled everything with so much compassion, professionalism, patience, and grace. She took what could have been an overwhelmingly stressful and uncomfortable situation and made it manageable for us. She made us feel heard, supported, and cared for when we truly needed it.

It was such a pleasure to be taken care of by the wonderful Michelle. My husband and I just experienced a really terrible tragedy, and from the moment we met Michelle and she walked us through every step... Not only was she compassionate, understanding, and very communicative... she always checked on us to see how we were doing through this difficult process.

Side note: we also met with other mortuaries, but Michelle was just an angel. I highly recommend coming here for saying goodbye to loved ones.

I unfortunately lost my husband 2 months ago and it was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. It was a sudden passing so I didn’t know what to do, I was lost but Michelle at Ouimet was the most comforting and caring person during this difficult time in my life. She made things so much easier for me and I am forever grateful for that. Although it’s an unfortunate circumstance to need these type of services I highly recommend using Ouimet as they truly care about your loved ones and will help you get through this difficult time in your life as well.
