I love the driver that takes away the stuff I don't want and all of my garbage. It is well worth the monthly cost and I'm happy to pay their price even if they do have to raise it occasionally. This is a helpful business with sweet people working for them. That's my experience with them anyway. Sharon Beck

I worked for Waste Management many years ago so I know how the trash business works. My comment is, I've seen front loader drivers and roll off drivers both do this. When they dump the trash or are swapping out containers, why is it when garbage falls out on the ground, the drivers can't take the extra minutes to pick it up? Instead they leave it and it gets spread from the wind, the animals, sticks and just looks bad. So why can't they pick it up?
