    Shelby and the owner were warm, sharp and professional. Without hesitation, Shelby knew what to look for when I said I thought my M1 MacBook Air's DisplayPort wasn't functioning with my new monitor. They knew off the top of their head the exact hardware piece that could be defective or damaged. Wow! I dropped it off expecting not to hear back for days about the issue. But because of their flawless diagnostic system, they notified me within hours of my computer's status. I didn't need hardware help after all, they said, but I'll surely be coming back to them if I ever do!

    We cannot say enough positive things about our experience at MacVolks. One of our computers failed, and we feared we would have to replace it. My husband drove down to MacVolks and Sharman and Shelby spent a long time discussing various options, from purchasing a new computer to putting in a new hard drive. Sharman suggested we generate a list of pros and cons, which we did that evening. We opted to replace the hard drive with MacVolks, and it was the right decision. The computer is running faster and more efficient. There is a 90-day warranty, and before we left the office, they plugged in the computer so we could see how well the system was working.

    Incredible service! They take walk-in appointments, so I brought my laptop in Monday afternoon and was able to pick it up by Wednesday afternoon! I couldn’t believe how quick the turnaround was. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend
