Dr. Loftin took over the practice we'd been going to for years. He has made significant changes to the practice, all of which were to the better. We won't go anywhere else. I even noticed the staff, who were always nice, became nicer and more friendly. I not only have a major fear of dentistry, but very sensitive teeth in which metal cannot touch them without me jumping through the roof. He has been wonderful to work with as he and my hygienist Janie, understand this and are very gentle. Now they use a numbing a gel over my gums where as my old dentist used to inject Novocain all over my mouth just so my teeth could be cleaned. Ridiculous! They seem to have all the latest dental equipment too. I needed a crown and before I had to wear a cap until the crown came in. Now they can make it on site so you're in and out. Dr. Loftin remodeled the entire exterior, including the broken dangerous sidewalk, so the building is now really welcoming and with beautiful landscaping. It felt like an old shed before. The lobby has also been updated. He's young, he's cool, and highly trained in all aspects of dentistry. Need a dentist? Dr. Loftin's your guy and this is your new place!
