I found KB Carpet Cleaners while looking for help to recover from a water flood event needing water mitigation in my living-room, bedroom, kitchen & dining-room. And Allstate Insurance hadn't responded in 3 days. My flood happened 3am on Thursday 2-15-24.Bob took to my call on Saturday night 2-18-24 & was at my home first thing Sunday morning. And he brought the right kinds of equipment to keep my house from turning into a moldy mess.MORE IMPORTANTLY. Superior service! Affordable! Polite! Professional! Even called us to see if it was ok to be a little early! I love when a company communicates effectively and doesn't leave you wondering. But back to the carpets. We have light carpets and a lot of dogs. Not a good mix but I couldn't believe how clean our carpets are! Renewed once again!! It was also extremely satisfying being able to see the dirt they were getting up!! So happy! Will definitely be using them again and again, in fact getting the upstairs ready for them to come back. Customer for life !

So awesome showed up 30 minutes early got the job done beautifully. We needed our 3 shaggy carpet area rugs cleaned before our infant arrives. They look brand new and smell great. I hovered a bit and just seen all kinds of dirt and grime from the last few years get pulled out. Bob was polite and very friendly. It's nice to have quality and honest service men. Helped bring the carpets in for me as I am 37 weeks pregnant right now. Definitely will call again when we want our rugs cleaned cause with 2 construction workers, an 8 year old son, a cat, a dog, myself and a newborn coming we will need services sooner than later haha.
