After being in a jam with another cpa we called issad , he was extremely friendly and very helpful from the beginning as he answered the call. It was very pleasant to talk to someone without them calling me or having to schedule an appointment. He told me what I needed to do right over the phone. Great communication. He's my now "it" guy.
