Very promptly with his work ,friendly person, he cleaned my couch and love chair my carpet, everything is so fresh and clean . Very happy with the outcome.I recommend him and his service. The service is reasonable plus discounts for seniors and veterans was a plus .I will use his services again

We had such a great experience with Imperial. They were responsive, on time, and very thorough in their cleaning of my area rug, sectional, fabric chairs, as well as a mattress that needed deep cleaning. Their prices were very competitive, especially compared to other quotes we received, PLUS considering the excellent work. We are very very pleased, and will use them again for upholstery and rug cleaning! In fact, we are waiting for a quote from them now for window washing as well. Overall A+++++

Javier came back a second time and did a treatment for pets, which took care of the odor and was greatly appreciated. However, the new tenant already complained about the carpet being dirty & sticky. They sent pictures of their feet after walking on the carpet barefoot along with a moist toilet they said they wiped on the carpet?! Anyway, we are going to try for one more cleaning if Javier thinks it will do any good. We shall see... *Also in terms of rating overall, I would really give a 4.6 star and only because my one baseboard took a lot of moisture and deformed as a result.
