10 out of 10!!! Efrain took away our hot tub the same day we requested a quote. They were very cost competitive. He and his team were efficient, cleaned up everything afterword...and just an all-around really nice guy. I highly recommend Hauling EM. You won't regret it!

Efrain responded right away to my Yelp message and gave me a quote right away based on my photo while some other companies wanted to schedule a time to come in person to see the items that needed hauling before providing a quote. He was also available to come the very next day and this was super convenient to clear everything out! They were super punctual, friendly, quick and accepted Venmo which made the whole process a breeze!

I sent quote requests to several junk pickup companies in Concord through Yelp. Efrain answered the request within 5 minutes and had the cheapest price. He was very responsive and friendly throughout the process. He was also very quick and even a few minutes early. Highly recommend!
