I worked with Carlos after rain caused water damage in our downstairs bedroom. It was a nightmare as our insurance company was refusing to cover several thousand dollars of needed repairs. Carlos was wonderfully helpful with this. He took over 90% of the communication with the insurance company and we eventually got them to pay $22k when they initially only agreed to cover $4k. He is well-versed in the process and helped ensure we got the coverage that we paid for. He was also quite competent in water damage and prevention. The team here is remarkable. If you have an emergency, they will work tirelessly to ensure that you have your home restored to it's original state in no time. They also do a great job with communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great restoration company in the Concord/Walnut Creek area

My dishwasher waterline burst flooding my entire bottom floor. A lot of my property was damage beyond repair.
