I made an appointment because I had question on my taxes for next year. I wanted to be prepared and make sure I'm doing everything correctly so that I'm prepared. Glen was the one who called since he is the one knowledgeable about the certain questions I had. He took his time and answered all the questions we had, he recommended certain things for us to do. The consultation was free and we weren't expecting that since Glen took his time to really take care of us. We will for sure be using them for our taxes. We were thankful that Glen took his time with us and made us feel cared for.

I have been using them for the last 4 years for my taxes. 2020 I called and left a message no response. I submitted my paper for taxes and no response. I called about 3 times and they said Glen will call me and now today is the last day and no call. I have taken my business some where else and also had to file for extension just because G3 delayed and did not give me an status. They are also kind of expensive.

Sir Glen is amazing! Been a client since last year. I feel very fortunate to have someone as honest as him. We will continue to use him as our tax preparer. He has guided us in the right direction and offered his professional advice. That is pricelss. Thank you!
