Very professional. Front desk person (Emily) is very good. Takes care of employees and customers. Very funny.Therapist's are all very good. Lisa is the best and makes sure you are comfortable.

Went for full body 1 hr massage deep tissue. Helen was amazing! Best massage in years!! She has amazingly warm hands which was really nice. I left feeling renewed, like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I highly suggest you let them know you want an experienced masseuse and what you want. They never fail here, as long as you communicate. Happy New Year !!

I've noticed that the actual massage time is only 50', the time started from when you check in, not when you start your massage. The masseuse was a guy, his was fine. However, he had skipped the head message usually is included in the foot and body massage. They charge $43 ($3 more for credit card) for 60'. I gave $6 cash tip, knowing they shorted 10', however, when I was leaving the woman at the counter asked for $2 more tip. I gave it to her, though I thought that was very rude (they also have a hand written sign asking for 20% tip).
