I have been an established patient at the EyeSite Optometry, Concord location, headed by Dr. Pham and her care team for several years. I trust her as a doctor, someone who is skilled, honest, and concerned about my personal health care needs. If a referral to another specialist is indicated, she gets it done. She keeps me informed of my care plans and tests results. She listens to my concerns and addresses them.

My family has been going to Dr Pham for 5+ years now. My youngest just had her first exam last year and Dr Pham is very patient with her, and understanding. She explains the process with us, addresses any issues she sees we might be facing in the near future with care, and is very thorough. All the staff are knowledgeable, great listeners, and they aren't pushy with sales, which is huge!!!

I was greeted with optimal service for my eye exam. I’ve never had one before and the staff and doctor were very helpful and informative, I’m looking forward to receiving my glasses and seeing better in the future! Can’t believe I’ve been seeing the way I have been for over 10 years.
