We had a last minute snafu for my daughter’s quinceanera. I thought the venue supplied linens but they did not. So the day before the event we called around and Elegance said they had some linens and to come by. We went straight over there and Teresa was super helpful, gave us some options and everything worked out great! Looking around their warehouse I saw lots of nice things to rent. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
I recently used Elegance Party Rentals for a small backyard party. I worked with Teresa to get everything ordered. From ordering to pick up, the whole process went smoothly. I had a small order of 10x10 pop up tents and 1 umbrella that I could pick up myself, so I did not use them for delivery. I was able to pick up the items a day early so that I could have set up before our party.
Drop off was just as easy. Would definitely use Elegance Party Rentals in the future.
Rented (2) 8 foot wooden tables and (10) padded chairs for a college graduation party on campus. The ordering process was simple and painless. When I got to Elegance Party Rentals, I was met by Teresa. She was positive, friendly, and professional. She hand-picked the tables and asked if I wanted plastic tables instead of the heavy-as-heck, wooden tables. I opted for keeping the wooden tables (which I later regretted due to having to carry them a long distance!). The fold-out, white padded chairs, were very sturdy and comfortable.
