Dr Crain is so thorough, sweet, and takes amazing care of animals. She realizes people are working with budgets and doesn’t make you feel bad if you decline a service. This team is kind, friendly, and attentive. The Veterinarian was very calm and collected, and had all the time to listen and answer any concerns. The kindness witnessed was so real. Disney Pet Hospital is a trusted and valued resource.
This vet hospital, and specifically Dr Crain, is amazing and a breath of fresh air after years of frustrating veterinary experiences. We just got our new puppy and wanted to choose a vet that was closer to where we live. Our pup came here for his first vaccinations. I needed to get his shots done again so called a different vet who couldn’t see me until Friday. I called Disney who literally gave me an appointment within an hour. When I arrived they knew our pup, such a kind team that I highly recommend. The Veterinarian was very calm and collected. Had all the time to listen and answer any concerns. The entire team were knowledgeable, friendly, kind and attentive. I’m not switching. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes.
