This review has been a long time coming but, that said, this is probably the best testament to a job well done. We hired Cosmic Renovation to redo our Spanish style tile roof approximately 2 years ago. They are very good at explaining the process and the details without making it all feel like a big upsell (other companies did make us feel like that). Their price is fair, not the most expensive but not the cheapest but they deliver well on what they promise. The value comes from the quality of service and workmanship. Now that the new roof has been up for a couple years I can safely say it's doing the job perfectly. Definitely recommend Cosmic for your roofing needs, they are good at what they do from start to finish. Our project manager Blake was also very communicative and helpful in guiding us through the process and keeping us updated, no idea if he is still with the company but a shout out to him for being great.

Project- Balcony/Patio tear out and reinstall, including waterproofing, drainage, and repair of a leak.My house is about 80 years old; I discovered that there was a leak from a (nearly) roof-top patio down into the dining room wall below. Ben came over, assessed the situation, and was very up front about the price being determined by what they find after they pulled up the patio flooring. Unfortunately, it was kind of a mess under there. Ben explained the process and pricing very clearly and set up the different crews for each layer of the the tear out and reinstall. Great! My house is about 80 years old; I discovered that there was a leak from a (nearly) roof top patio down into the dining room below, Ben came and assessed the situation, and was very up front about the price being determined by what they might find after they pulled up the patio flooring, and unfortunately it was kind of a mess under there. Ben explained the process and pricing very clearly and set up the different crews for each layer of the the tear out and reinstall. They were great about working with my schedule and it got done pretty quickly especially for a multi step project. Everyone was very polite, cleaned up and carted away any debris after every layer and they were even very nice to my dog, (who can be a little annoying ) it looks good now and I am confident that the waterproofing is solid. Will definitely rehire them for for future projects!
