Compare Heating & Air Conditioning

My son owns Dobson Construction Inc. in Martinez. I always call him for recommendations when I need service work at my home. For HVAC he said to call Compare Heating and Air. My furnace quit working and the weather was quite cold. I called Compare at 7:15 AM. Jayne dispatched Brandon who was at my home by 9am. He quickly found the problem, an ignitor. He went back to the shop to retrieve the item and had it installed and running before noon. This is the 2nd time I have used their services. I appreciate they diagnose and repair rather than wanting to upsell to a new unit. I will always use Compare for any HVAC needs in the future.

Our furnace died in November 2023. A contractor friend referred us to Compare Heating & Air. They came out and got the heat going, giving us a work around to turn it on and off while they got a new unit ordered. As our AC was not running well we also had it replaced too. Compare did a great job and the cost was definitely as we expected it to be. Great customer service and both the heater and AC run well and are more energy efficient than the old units that were replaced.
