I agree with the other review. Terrible craftsmanship and poor customer service. I ordered custom draperies and paid a fortune to be custom. I received my draperies and they had 3 Day Blinds labels on the draperies. I called and spoke to someone named Linda and seemed like she didn't care or want to listen to me. I asked to talk with Carol and she said "no", without saying anything else to comfort me. What kind of response is that to a customer. Don't know what to say but this is totally poot management. Why I'm paying high costs for custom draperies if it's the same as 3 Day Blinds. I should be getting a 30% or more discount as there is... read full review

Carols Roman Shades has been my go to window covering company for as long as I've been in the home decor business. They are reliable, efficient, good with COM materials and customer service is always helpful. They also offer a wide range of in house fabrics at a variety of price points that makes it easy to find your perfect price. Furthermore, the business owner is still involved and will work alongside the employees if needed on projects which shows dedication and effort on her part to remain involved.

Terrible craftsmanship and poor customer service. I bought a house full of Roman shades from Carols and in the 2 years they've been installed 5-6 of them have broken. They only provide a 1 year warranty-and despite several breaking before the 1 year was out they won't even offer a discount when more break a few mo the alter.I've had them repeatedly repaired by other shade companies who have both said the craftsmanship on these was subpar. Clutches breaking, strings breaking-basics that should last at least 10 years. Super disappointed in the product, that looks beautiful but functions so poorly I have to treat them so gingerly I can't allow anyone... read full review
