Built Right Construction was a third-party contractor found by my insurance. This company has high professionalism and great communication. We had water damage in which resulted in opening the concrete floor in the garage. We were not satisfied with the first work. We did not ultimately choose to go with Built Right Construction for our project, but I want to express how much we appreciated their professionalism throughout the process. Carlos was excellent at communicating via email, prompt during the inspection, and provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work needed. He even followed up with us regularly to ensure we had all the information we needed. While we didn’t end up using their services, based on the level of professionalism they displayed, I cannot recommend their company enough.
