This company bought my loan + I wish they never had. They are predatory,lying, crooked + rotten. They want to take your home. 1 month behind? They send someone to bang on your door & already have people staked out infront of your house taking pictures. They want to take your home. As soon as my settlement is over, I am paying off my home so I don't feel so threatened constantly. Shame on this company.

I have filed a complaint with the Dept. of Financial Protection of CA regarding this company located in Titusville, PA and various locations including CA). If you are going to seek a loan FOR ANYTHING and don't want your CREDIT SCORE negatively impacted, then please don't choose this company. This is an example of getting a mortgage through one company and having it sold repeatedly to other companies without any correspondence or vetting on their part. We have proof of mortgage payments we submitted, and B of A confirmations that our payments were sent, received and then RETURNED by this company sans any explanation, notification etc. When we finally reached A PERSON, they stated it was a computer glitch and would have someone call us back. This was two-weeks ago. THE STRESS this has caused is overwhelming. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM!!!! Rose P.

The worst company to deal with!My loan was bought by this company.Never can you actually talk to a loan officer , just to the front desk who keeps calls from being sent to loan officers. It must be a new work model and it sucks!
