Had great experience with Ace Garage repair team. I reported it pretty late in the day but were able to send in a technician within few hours. Alex was the technician who fixed door . He quickly identified the problem and got going with his work. He knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned the floor after his work. He stayed back for another good 10 mins to reconfigure the y on my phone and car to open the garage door.
Overall great service and i would recommend them.

Noticed that garage door stopped working this morning and after making a few calls, decided to go with this company based on the conversation with the dispatcher. The technician Alex came by within 2 hours and gave a good overview of the issue and suggested next steps for the broken spring and the old rollers. Alex completed the work quickly and professionally, and answered my questions during this process cheerfully. Overall, a very good experience. Will recommend!

Please disregard my last review. Asher went above and beyond fixing my garage door issues. Not only did he fix what was wrong, he introduced me, and set me up with MyQ. He was friendly, patient, and did an amazing job. I would use them again.
